Spread across 31 acres, the colony features 98 newly constructed residential houses along with essential infrastructure such as internal roads, drainage, electricity, and water supply. The project also includes key community amenities like schools, healthcare facilities, places of worship, and recreational spaces, ensuring a well-rounded and sustainable living environment.
